DELIVERY + ORDER STATUS
Where's my order? Please allow 1-3 business days for Ground orders to process. Please see our shipping page for transit times. Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once placed.
RETURNS
Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery. To start a return click here. Please allow 10-15 business days after return delivery for your refund to be processed. Clearance items are final sale.
WHY IS SHIPPING SO HIGH?
With our collection of products, such as large stoneware vases and 44- 57" stems we have incurred additional UPS charges for length and weight. These exceptional charges are in addition to regular UPS shipping charges. With UPS raising their rates and adding additional charges, we had to raise our rates as well.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ARTIFICIAL, FAUX AND FAKE?
Nothing. There is no difference, they are just different descriptors for the same product.
ARE THE FLORALS AND GREENERY SUITABLE FOR OUTDOOR USE?
Products suitable for outdoor use will be indicated in the product description. However, we cannot guarantee the longevity of the color for products used outdoors. Artificial plants intended for outdoor use last approximately 3-5 years under moderate sun exposure. For southern states with intense sunlight 1-2 years. To further longevity, we recommend using an additional UV protectant spray.
HOW DO YOU CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE VASE?
A general rule of thumb is the vase should be 1/3 to 1/2 the size of your stems. For example, a 40" stem will look best in a 12" to 20" vase. These are just suggestions; have fun with your floral designs.
WHAT IS THE WAITLIST TIME?
All product that has a back in stock notification should be back in stock within 3-4 months and all customers on the waitlist will be emailed.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
No. We ship to the 48 continental US states.
CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
No. Once an order is placed it cannot be changed or cancelled.
DO YOU ADJUST PRICES?
We honor sales promotions within 7 days of sale date on full-price in stock items, with no previous offers applied. We match product pricing on exact items, discounts will not apply.
DISCOUNT ELIGIBILITY
Minimum order subtotals will apply per promotion. Discounts are not valid on Gift Cards. Discounts may not be combined with other offers or coupons. Coupons have no cash value and cannot be applied to previous purchases. Some exclusions may apply. Sign up for our emails to be notified of promotions and discounts.
DAMAGED ORDERS
Examine your order immediately upon delivery. We will refund or reship any damaged merchandise, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Once you have signed up to receive our emails your first email will include a one-time promo code to be used on your first order. Depending on your provider please allow a couple of hours to receive in your inbox.
